I am Astrid Elisabeth Hofstad, a former dancer, choreographer and movement instructor within dance, pole and yoga.

My past includes a BA in dance, a BA in public health and health promotion, pranic healing certifications, infrequent public speaking, and a long and personal journey exploring physical and spiritual healing practices.
