I’m Astrid Elisabeth. For years I suffered in bad relationships.

Despite years of healing and shadowwork, I still kept repeating painful cycles.

Until the day came where I was faced with an ultimatum that went straight to the core.

Do I choose to own myself? Or do I hand my life over to coincidences, the will of strangers and “luck”?

I walked away from everything that had been my life up until that point, and I am now in the very early stages of using my voice after a profound process of self-reclaimation.
